STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT relative to qualifications for cosmetologists.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

91:1  Qualifications; Cosmetologists.  Amend RSA 313-A:11, I(c)(1) to read as follows:

(1) A minimum of [1,500] 1,200 hours of training in a school of cosmetology approved by the board; or

91:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
