STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
AN ACT repealing certain committees and commissions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Offshore Wind Industry Workforce Training Center Committee; Reference Deleted. Amend RSA 12-O:51-a, III to read as follows:
III. The committee shall report annually by November 1 to the governor[, the chair of the New Hampshire offshore wind and port development commission under RSA 374-F:10,] and the president of the Business and Industry Association.
2 Advisory Council on the Education of Children Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing; Reference Deleted. Amend RSA 186-C:35, V to read as follows:
V. On or before November 1, the council shall submit an annual report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the education committees in the house and senate, [the New Hampshire commission on deafness and hearing loss established in RSA 125-Q,] the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
3 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 4:9-p through 4:9-r and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 4:9-p, relative to the New Hampshire recovery monument commission.
II. RSA 10:5 through 10:10 and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 10:5, relative to the lakeshore redevelopment planning commission.
III. RSA 12-P:7-b, II(b), relative to the office of offshore wind industry development and energy innovation supporting the offshore wind commission.
IV. RSA 12-O:55-a, relative to the commission on demographic trends.
V. RSA 12-O:76, relative to the housing champion program advisory committee.
VI. RSA 17-J:5, relative to the joint legislative parking garage oversight committee.
VII. RSA 72:8-f, relative to the study commission on the assessing of power generation.
VIII. RSA 105-D:2-a, relative to the commission to develop recommendations for legislation to establish a single statewide entity to receive complaints alleging misconduct regarding all sworn and elected law enforcement officers.
IX. RSA 125-Q, relative to the commission for the deaf and hard of hearing.
X. RSA 126-A:17, II(a) and II(b), relative to the house and senate members of the advisory council on child care.
XI. RSA 127:12, relative to the commission to study the delivery of public health services through regional public health networks.
XII. RSA 276-B, relative to the task force on work and family.
XIII. RSA 284:6-c, relative to the study commission to study the effect of recent changes made to charitable gaming laws.
XIV. RSA 329:1-f and the subdivision heading preceding it, relative to the commission to study telehealth services.
XV. RSA 374-F:10, relative to the offshore wind and port development commission.
XVI. 2022, 278:2, relative to the repeal of the commission to study the delivery of public health services through regional public health networks.
XVII. 2023, 79:463, relative to the repeal of the housing champion advisory program.
XVIII. 2023, 79:586, relative to the repeal of the study commission to study the effect of recent changes made to charitable gaming laws.
XIX. 2023, 192:5 and 192:6, relative to the repeal of the joint legislative parking garage oversight commission.
XX. 2024, 318:2, relative to the repeal of the study commission on the assessing of power generation.
I. Paragraphs VI and XIX of section 3 of this act shall take effect January 1, 2026.
II. The remainder of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
